    Brad fowle was my realtor and he did great! He was always there when I had questions and he always gave me great advice when it came to looking at homes! The second house that we looked at, that is now my new home he walked all around the property inspecting it himself before I had the inspector I paid come out. Brad kept me informed on everything when it came to the seller's acceptance and everything from there and after my closing date. He treats you as a friend not a customer I would definitely recommend!

    Buying a house these days is challenging. It's even more challenging when it's a 7 hour drive from your current home. Dustin, our agent, was great. He's really good at giving video tours. You feel like you're there. More than once houses we were coming to see were gone already while we were driving, and Dustin was able to adjust his touring schedule to substitute new listings on the fly. When we had questions about repairs he brought a contractor in to give estimates. When the title company had questions he kept us updated and informed. The service we received was excellent on every level.

    We used Mark to sell our last home and could not be happier. Our home was unique due to all the upgrades and extreme landscaping generally will not add value to your home. Mark came to us with what we felt to be a fair asking price and we went from there. Our home was sold in three weeks and closing on it shortly afterwards. Mark was there to answer questions, work with you on the process of selling right up to the end while closing on our home. I highly recommend Mark if you are serious on wanting to sell your home. He will not let you down.
